We work with select clients to ensure capital protection, strategic growth, and digital transformation.

OneRow is founded and led by Anil Tripathi. The firm operates as OneRow Advisors Private Limited, with offices in Jaipur, India and presence in Zimbabwe for cross-border advisory.

Every digital project is unique. We evaluate your specific technical needs, required infrastructure, and design complexity before presenting a tailored proposal. Engagements may be structured via milestone-based development fees or ongoing technical retainers.
Yes. All custom code, designs, and digital assets remain the property of OneRow during the development phase. Once full and final payment is received in accordance with our engagement agreement, all agreed-upon Intellectual Property (IP) rights are officially and legally transferred to you.
Yes. We understand that digital products require continuous care. We offer dedicated Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to handle post-launch bug fixes, security updates, server maintenance, and feature enhancements.

No. OneRow is not a listing portal, promotional catalogue, or property marketplace. We do not maintain open property listings. Opportunities shared through our platform are curated, assessed for suitability, and presented only to relevant parties after initial evaluation.

Every engagement is structured around four elements:
  1. Objectives — Understanding what you want to achieve
  2. Roles and Responsibilities — Clarity on what OneRow will do and what remains with the client
  3. Scope of Advisory — Defining the boundaries and deliverables of the engagement
  4. Governance and Documentation — Ensuring transparency, structure, and accountability throughout
  5. IT – For IT and software projects, the engagement is structured around delivering measurable technical milestones, regular sprint reviews, and comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before final deployment.

The initial conversation to understand your situation and assess fit is complimentary. If we mutually agree to proceed, the engagement terms — including advisory scope and fees — are discussed transparently before any commitment.

Engagement fees depend on the nature and scope of advisory required. These may include advisory fees, administrative charges, or engagement-specific arrangements. All fee structures are discussed openly and agreed upon before the engagement begins. There are no undisclosed commissions.

We work both remotely and in-person, depending on the engagement. For clients in Jaipur, we are available for in-person meetings. For NRIs and clients in other cities, advisory is delivered through virtual channels. Site visits and on-ground evaluation are arranged as needed.

This depends entirely on the nature of the mandate. Real estate evaluations might take a few weeks, while complex cross-border transactions can span months. Similarly, for IT Services, a standard website may take 4-6 weeks, whereas developing a complex custom software application may require several months of structured development and rollout phases. We clearly define all structural timelines within the initial Scope of Work (SoW).

Cross-Border & Africa Advisory

Yes. OneRow has a presence in Zimbabwe and provides advisory services for India-Africa cross-border opportunities. This includes real estate, business acquisitions, joint ventures, mining and natural resources, and sector-specific investments.

We can provide advisory support for evaluating opportunities in Zimbabwe and select African markets. No. OneRow Advisors Private Limited is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, portfolio manager, fund manager, or distributor of financial securities. We are not a stock market intermediary or capital market participant. Our advisory is focused on real estate, business investments, and strategic decisions — not regulated financial instruments.
No. OneRow is not a real estate broker or agent registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). We operate as strategic advisors, which is a fundamentally different role from that of a broker or agent.

No. OneRow does not guarantee returns on any real estate or investment decision. Investment outcomes depend on market conditions, timing, execution, and numerous external factors. Our role is to provide structured evaluation and clarity — which improves the quality of decisions, but cannot eliminate all risk.

Client Onboarding & Project Execution

After contract execution, we initiate a structured “Kickoff Sprint.” You will be introduced to your dedicated Account Manager or Lead Strategist. Within the first 7-14 days, we conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to finalize design wireframes, secure your domain access, align on brand assets, and establish the technical sprint cadence.
OneRow handles the heavy technical and strategic lifting. However, successful digital development requires your timely input. During the initial design phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), we will need your team’s prompt feedback to avoid sprint bottlenecks. We outline these expected feedback windows in your project plan.

Data Privacy & Security Focus

We operate our Real Estate and IT Service divisions in strict operational silos to prevent data leakage. Before any substantive analysis or codebase review begins, we execute comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Your sensitive financial capabilities and technical vulnerabilities remain completely confidential and are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.
No. Your brand identity and proprietary operational systems are yours alone. OneRow will never feature your real estate transaction, business acquisition, or custom software build in our portfolio or public case studies without your prior, explicit written consent.

Technical Escalation & Support (IT Specific)

While we are framework-agnostic and select tools based on client needs, our core competencies include high-performance modern stacks such as React, Node.js, enterprise CMS platforms, and scalable cloud hosting infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
Yes. For enterprise clients, we often engage in “Staff Augmentation” or co-development models. We can integrate our senior developers alongside your internal engineering team to accelerate product delivery while transferring knowledge and best practices.
Transparency is one of our core pillars. Your dedicated Account Manager provides weekly status reports. Should any third-party dependencies or scope changes put a timeline at risk, the issue is immediately escalated to our Lead Architect and communicated to you, alongside a revised mitigation plan.
